Urban and Inner Suburban Core: land or existing building near or inside Route 128, including city of Boston for projects between $15-$50 million.

Opportunities sought may include:

  • Assemblies
  • Contaminated sites
  • Challenging zoning issues

Acquisitions Criteria:

  • Urban and Inner Suburban Core: Near or inside Route 128, including city of Boston.
  • Retail shopping centers, store blocks and mixed-use properties having values between $15-$50 million.
  • Both stable and value-add opportunities are sought.
