Bierbrier Development has leased 1,258 SF of retail space to Custom Ink at South Shore Place in Braintree, MA

LEXINGTON, MA - Bierbrier Development, a Lexington based owner and manager of shopping centers in Eastern Massachusetts, has announced today that Custom Ink will join the growing list of regional and national tenants at South Shore Place on Forbes Road in Braintree, MA.

Custom Ink has leased 1,258 square feet of inline space. Headquartered in Fairfax, VA, Custom Ink is a digitally native retailer specializing in custom apparel. Chris Mearn and Rich Lobkowicz of District Advisors represented the tenant, Custom Ink, for the transaction. “Our team is looking forward to welcoming Braintree residents to Custom Ink at South Shore Place, and we know everyone will love how easy it is to create one-of-a-kind gear for their groups,” said Logan Perryman, Custom Ink Store Manager. “From Custom shirt and logo mugs to team jerseys and fundraising gear, our team is here to help however we can.”

Custom Ink joins Starbucks, Legal Seafoods, TGI Fridays, Jared Jeweler, Santander, Ideal Image, Five Guys, and Vitamin Shoppe. South Shore Place is a regional 45,000 SF shopping destination located at the corner of Interstate-93 and Route 37 across from the 1.6M SF South Shore Plaza in Braintree.
